TradeDesk is an AI-powered sales and marketing service built for home service companies. We help contractors, HVAC techs, plumbers, and other trade businesses find and contact new clients using automated outreach tools.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: directly from you when you sign up or configure your account, and automatically as you use our service.

From lead and contact forms:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name

From the setup wizard:

• Business configuration details (service area, trade type, target customer profile)
• API keys and credentials you provide for third-party integrations
• Outreach preferences and messaging templates

Automatically collected:

• Pages visited and time spent on site (via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity)
• Device type, browser, and approximate location (country/region level)
• Interactions such as clicks and scroll depth (via Clarity session recordings)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the TradeDesk service on your behalf
• Set up and configure your outreach campaigns
• Contact you about your account, onboarding, and service updates
• Process payments securely through Stripe
• Improve the product based on how people use the site
• Respond to support requests and questions

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We work with a small number of trusted service providers. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Cookies & Tracking

This site uses analytics cookies set by Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity. These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our pages. They do not identify you personally.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can opt out of Microsoft Clarity in your browser's privacy settings or by using a tracker-blocking extension.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and operational obligations. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within a reasonable timeframe unless we are required to retain it by law.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. API keys and sensitive credentials entered through the setup wizard are handled with care and are not shared outside of what is required to operate your TradeDesk account.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of TradeDesk after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
